Through our dossiers, the foundation collects and publishes information, analyses, and social documentation on humanitarian, social, and human rights issues that align with the foundation’s objectives. The dossiers are aimed at promoting awareness, social engagement, education, human rights, peace, social justice, and supporting public dialogue regarding international and social developments.

In addition, the foundation focuses on historical and current humanitarian situations, including the consequences of conflicts, displacement, human rights violations, and the position of vulnerable communities in various parts of the world, including Afghanistan.

The foundation operates independently, peacefully, and within the framework of Dutch laws and regulations. The information contained in the files is intended solely for raising social awareness, educational purposes, documentation, and the promotion of human rights and social responsibility.

Afghanistan File – Human Rights, History, and Social Developments

The purpose of this dossier is to shed light, in an independent and socially responsible manner, on human rights, principles of international law, historical developments, and social issues related to Afghanistan.

Within this dossier, the International Criminal Law Foundation collects public information, documentation, statements, public sources, and social analyses to support awareness, documentation, and social engagement regarding human rights and international justice.

The foundation may, within the limits of applicable laws and regulations, bring information and documentation to the attention of competent authorities, legal organizations, and international institutions. In addition, the foundation may offer support to victims in filing reports or complaints with competent authorities.

The foundation is not a government agency, court, or official investigative service and does not conduct criminal prosecutions. Any assessments and decisions are reserved exclusively for competent national and international authorities.

The International Criminal Law Foundation acts independently, peacefully, and within the framework of Dutch laws and regulations. Publications may be based in part on public sources, historical documentation, statements, academic publications, and internationally available reports.

Afghanistan File – Conflict, Human Rights, and History

This dossier focuses on the historical, social, and humanitarian developments related to conflicts and human rights issues in Afghanistan. Within this dossier, the International Criminal Law Foundation collects public information, documentation, witness statements, social analyses, and internationally available sources to promote awareness, education, documentation, and social engagement regarding human rights and principles of international law.

The foundation may, within the framework of applicable laws and regulations, offer support to individuals who wish to report potential human rights violations or bring relevant information to the attention of competent national or international authorities. In doing so, diligence, respect for human dignity, and social responsibility are central.

The International Criminal Law Foundation acts independently, peacefully, and within the framework of Dutch laws and regulations. The foundation is not a court, investigative agency, or government body and does not issue legal judgments or initiate criminal prosecutions. Any assessments, investigations, and legal decisions are the exclusive purview of competent authorities and courts.

The foundation respects the principles of objectivity, due diligence, and the presumption of innocence. Publications, statements, and documentation within this dossier serve exclusively social, educational, and informational purposes and do not constitute a determination of legal liability or guilt.

Dasht-e-Leili File – Human Rights and Historical Documentation

This dossier focuses on the social and humanitarian documentation surrounding the events in Dasht-e-Leili, Afghanistan, and the international attention given to possible human rights violations and violations of international humanitarian law during the conflict in Afghanistan.

Within this dossier, the International Criminal Law Foundation collects public information, historical documentation, witness statements, and internationally available reports to promote awareness, education, and public engagement regarding human rights and principles of international law.

Within the limits of applicable laws and regulations, the foundation may draw attention to reports, testimonies, and available documentation regarding the possible involvement of individuals in serious human rights violations. In doing so, the foundation may bring relevant information to the attention of competent national and international authorities, while respecting due process and the powers of official authorities.

The International Criminal Law Foundation is not a court, investigative agency, or government body and does not conduct criminal prosecutions or make legal determinations. Any investigations, arrests, prosecutions, and legal decisions are the exclusive responsibility of competent national and international authorities.
