Programs for Victims

The International Criminal Law Foundation is dedicated to providing social support, raising awareness, and advocating for victims of human rights violations, discrimination, violence, international crimes, and other serious social issues. The foundation recognizes the importance of human dignity, respect, safety, and social engagement in supporting affected individuals and communities.

Within the scope of its social and statutory objectives, the foundation may develop programs, initiatives, and support activities focused on education, documentation, social support, providing information, and raising awareness regarding human rights and international justice. In doing so, it may collaborate with civil society organizations, experts, volunteers, legal professionals, researchers, and other stakeholders both domestically and internationally.

The foundation may inform victims and affected parties—where appropriate and within the applicable legal framework—about available social, educational, or legal support options. If necessary, the foundation may assist victims in contacting independent legal experts, attorneys, or competent authorities. Any legal proceedings, reports, or legal actions are carried out exclusively under the responsibility of competent legal professionals, investigative agencies, and judicial authorities.

The International Criminal Law Foundation does not conduct independent criminal investigations, is not an investigative agency, a social services agency, or a government body, and does not issue legally binding rulings on guilt, liability, or criminality. Only competent authorities and courts are authorized to make legally binding decisions on these matters.

The Foundation places great value on confidentiality, respect for privacy, human dignity, and the careful handling of personal data and sensitive information. Every report, request, or form of engagement is handled with integrity, care, and social responsibility, in accordance with applicable national and international laws and regulations.

Through its programs for victims, the International Criminal Law Foundation aims to contribute to social awareness, education, recognition, human dignity, and support for initiatives focused on promoting human rights, transparency, and a more just society.
