Partner organizations
The International Criminal Law Foundation places great value on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and social engagement in promoting human rights, international justice, transparency, and respect for the rule of law. To support its social objectives in a diligent and professional manner, the foundation may collaborate with national and international civil society organizations, legal experts, law firms, researchers, educational institutions, human rights organizations, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
These partnerships may focus on areas such as education, social awareness, documentation, knowledge exchange, legal support, research, and supporting initiatives that contribute to the protection of human rights and human dignity. The foundation strives for partnerships based on integrity, independence, professionalism, mutual respect, and compliance with applicable national and international laws and regulations.
The International Criminal Law Foundation operates independently and on a non-profit basis. Collaborations with partner organizations, experts, or external parties do not automatically imply that the foundation is responsible for, or fully endorses or represents, any publication, statement, opinion, activity, or legal position of these organizations. Each organization or collaboration partner retains its own independent responsibility, legal position, and authority.
Where appropriate within the foundation’s social objectives, collaboration may occur with legal professionals and external experts to support documentation, education, social initiatives, and the exploration of potential legal avenues within applicable legal systems. Any legal proceedings, reports, or legal actions are carried out exclusively by competent authorities, legal professionals, or judicial bodies in accordance with applicable law.
The foundation does not conduct independent criminal investigations, does not assume the duties of investigative authorities, and does not issue legally binding rulings on guilt, liability, or criminality. The foundation strives for a careful, objective, and socially responsible approach in which respect for privacy, human dignity, data protection, and careful information processing are central.
Through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and social engagement, the International Criminal Law Foundation aims to contribute to awareness, transparency, education, and a more just society in which respect for human rights and human dignity remain central.
