Our Mission
The International Criminal Law Foundation is an independent civil society organization dedicated to promoting human rights, international justice, transparency, and the strengthening of the rule of law. The foundation’s goal is to contribute to a society in which human dignity, equal treatment, responsibility, and respect for fundamental rights are central.
The foundation supports social, educational, and documentary initiatives that raise awareness of human rights, international legal issues, and the importance of transparency within societies and legal systems. In doing so, the foundation focuses, among other things, on raising awareness about war crimes, human rights violations, discrimination, racism, corruption, and other serious social injustices that affect individuals and communities worldwide.
We believe that awareness, knowledge sharing, and social engagement are essential for strengthening justice and respect for human dignity. Therefore, the foundation aims to contribute to education, collaboration, and the careful documentation of information that may be relevant to raising public awareness, conducting research, and supporting victims of human rights violations.
In addition, the foundation aims to provide a safe and reliable environment for victims, witnesses, researchers, journalists, and civil society organizations that wish to share relevant information. Information such as documents, statements, research data, news sources, visual material, and human rights reports can contribute to better understanding, public awareness, and educational purposes. Every submission is handled with care, confidentiality, and respect for privacy and applicable laws and regulations.
The foundation places great value on diligence, neutrality, and responsibility. Information shared with the foundation is not automatically considered legal evidence or established factual truth, but can contribute to documentation, social dialogue, and awareness regarding international justice and human rights.
Through collaboration, education, and social engagement, the foundation aims to contribute to a society in which humanity, respect, transparency, and responsibility are strengthened. We believe that justice does not depend solely on institutions, but also begins with awareness, engagement, and respect for the rule of law and human dignity.
