About the Foundation

The International Criminal Law Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting human rights, international justice, transparency, and public awareness. The foundation is a non-profit organization and conducts its activities solely to support its social and statutory objectives.

The foundation focuses on education, documentation, social engagement, and raising awareness of human rights and international legal issues. Through information provision, collaboration, research, publications, and social initiatives, the foundation aims to contribute to a just and transparent society in which respect for human dignity is central.

The foundation places great value on diligence, objectivity, and the provision of truthful information. We believe that social awareness, transparency, and international justice can only be promoted when information is handled with integrity, responsibility, and respect. That is why the foundation strives to carefully document information and draw public attention to issues related to human rights and international justice.

The International Criminal Law Foundation operates independently and acts in compliance with applicable national and international laws and regulations. The foundation is not an investigative agency, government body, or judicial authority and does not conduct independent criminal investigations. Any legal proceedings or enforcement measures fall exclusively under the responsibility of competent authorities and courts.

The foundation strives to collaborate with civil society organizations, experts, volunteers, and affected communities to promote awareness, education, social responsibility, and respect for human rights at the national and international levels.
